Barretown RC is not closing.

Just some clarifications

During the trophy race some rather bleak news was announced.  This is to clarify that somewhat.  The club is not ending/quitting/closing...

The situation is that our current location includes expenses that our income is not covering.  So we are looking at other options.  This may mean that the club closes the current track and opens another track at another location.  There are many options available.  Whatever happens, the club itself will not go away, we might not have a place to race for a few weeks depending on what we have to do, but the club will still exist.

Please do your best to come every week so that you can be a part of the decision making process that will determine the future of RC racing in the area.
